What this site collects
The only form on this site is the inquiry form on the Contact page. It asks for your name, email and message, and optionally your company and phone number. We use those details only to reply to your question. The site has no accounts, newsletter or file uploads. Like every website, the server that delivers these pages receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for.
No tracking
This site runs no analytics product, sets no advertising cookies and carries no tracking pixels, which is why there is no cookie banner. It does not store anything in your browser.
Services that see a request
Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes the technical request information above to deliver pages and protect the service. Fonts and images are served from this site itself; no font service loads on these pages.
The DGB Innovations form relay (hosted on Vercel, and sending email through Resend) receives what you type into the inquiry form and passes it on by email to the Authority's inquiry inbox, outreach@mggjda.com.
Vimeo hosts the two videos on the site. Nothing from Vimeo loads until you press Play. After that, Vimeo's player loads, we ask Vimeo not to track you, and Vimeo's own privacy policy applies.
If you follow a link to another site, such as the Georgia Ports Authority, a school, a hospital or YouTube, that site's own privacy policy applies. Those sites are separate organizations and see your visit only if you choose to follow the link.
How information is used
Form details are used only to reply to you. They are not sold, rented or shared for advertising, and are not added to a mailing list. Technical request information is used only to deliver and secure the website.
Public records
As a public body, the Authority may be subject to the Georgia Open Records Act, which can apply to correspondence you send it. Ask before sending anything you would not want released.
Do Not Track and California residents
Because this site does not track visitors across websites, it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them using the contact details below.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us and we will delete it.
