Who we are

The Mid-Georgia Gateway Joint Development Authority (MGGJDA) is a unified regional partnership between Peach, Houston and Macon-Bibb counties, Georgia. By combining strategic resources and workforce pipelines, the three counties offer a seamless, complete answer for major industrial prospects.

Its primary mission is the joint development and marketing of the Mid-Georgia Mega Site in Peach County. Through the partnership, incoming businesses get dedicated support from site acquisition to long-term workforce recruitment.

Regional collaboration in Georgia

Georgia has a proven track record of regional collaboration in economic development. Regional joint development authorities have played a key role in advancing major projects, including the Bryan County megasite selected for Hyundai Motor Group and Stanton Springs North selected for Rivian.
